Problems with my order

If an order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect/missing, please get in touch with our customer support team immediately – [email protected].  

To return or receive a refund for your order, you must inform us within 7 working days of receiving your order so that we can deal with your request accordingly. 

Warranty

All products ordered online from our website come with a 1 year warranty to cover manufacturing defects. Any products which have been physically modified or tampered with will not be covered by the warranty. We can not be held responsible for any issues that arise from using, or tampering with the products. 

Returns

You can return your order within 14 working days of being delivered If you change your mind and want to process a return. Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, accessories and user manual (if applicable) – unopened and unused.

You will be responsible for any shipping costs in returning goods, unless they are proven to be faulty. Please contact us hello@hackwac if you wish to return your device.

Once we have received the returned order, we will issue a full refund. Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Refunds

Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
