We want to make the order process as straightforward and transparent as possible.
Please review our FAQs below for everything you need to know about placing an order with Hackwac.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. 

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order details. 


Double-check your junk mail if you still can not find the email confirmation in your inbox. Please contact us if you require further assistance at [email protected].

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UK orders are charged VAT (20%) at checkout and are not required to pay any additional fees/duties.

All orders sent outside of the UK (international orders) are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may be liable for additional charges such as import duties, sales tax, or customs processing fees. This may vary from country to country and is subject to local import rules/legislation. You are responsible for any additional charges for importing goods from the UK to your location.

If you refuse to pay the import duty or refuse delivery for your order then it will be returned to Hackwak. Return shipping costs and admin fees of £10 (or the equivalent currency at the current exchange rate) will be deducted from your total refund.

All orders include an electronic commercial invoice, which is automatically sent to customs. We will never falsely state the value of the contents of shipments/orders.

We aim to ship all orders within one working day (excluding weekends). However, this is subject to change during busier time periods. 

UK and US Orders are shipped using FedEx tracked (Next day delivery). 

EU and international orders will be shipped with FedEx tracked (3 – 5 working days).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email which will show you where your order is and when to expect delivery.

We are a UK-registered company – our HQ and packaging facility are based in London. All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

If an order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect/missing, please get in touch with our customer support team immediately – [email protected].  

To return or receive a refund for your order, you must inform us within 7 working days of receiving your order so that we can deal with your request accordingly.

You can return your order within 14 working days If you change your mind and want to process a return. Products must be unopened and unused & returned in new condition.

Once we have received the returned order, we will issue a full refund. Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
